There doesn’t seem to be a single supplement, so it is more advantageous to book one person at a time for maximum savings. You’ll also get more than one room.  For example:  price for a one person booking is $700 minus the $400 coupon for a grand total of $300. If you book two people together, it’s $1400 minus the $400 for a grand total of $1000. So if you make two separate bookings you’ll only pay $300 X 2 or $600. We should note, too, that for a while at least the BAH400 code worked for the less expensive packages from Florida, essentially giving you a totally free vacation for some travel dates and lengths of stay.
