    check in was cake; flight was early both ways; bag fees lurked; short flight so just drinks offered; make sure you have something to do because the in-flight entertainment was worthless;

    I was traveling with two children and when I received our boarding passes at check-in, I noticed we were seated in three different sections of the plane.

    At the gate, I asked the agent if she could help me find a way to have at least two seats together and she worked on this until she was able to give us three seats in a row. She upgraded our seats to Economy Plus at no charge to do so. The kids and I really appreciated her efforts and this will definitely be mentioned to friends and family.
