I really shouldn't complain, but American has lost its luster as far as comfort and room. It seems every flight has to be full and I do mean very crowded. Nerves freyed from screaming children, rude old folks refusing to cover their mouths. Old planes and rude folks. But on the return trip,(nov. 13) the crew of 2190 understand my feelings and graciously helped me and two others with disabilities. Does the airlines know we need not to fly very crowded anywhere. They have their money back plus posted profits for 2010. I need a charter flight on the cheap.

US Air does not get high ratings but all of their personnel were very pleasant and the plane was relatively comfortable. We were close to on time.
