Our flight from Milwaukee was Tucson was the worst ever! Flight in Denver was canceled and we were at the airport for 13 hours waiting to get onto any flight to Tucson. Flight crew was not there and flights were cancelled. 13 Hours is out of sight! Ticket people were not courteous and we were extremely disappointed. My mother was in hospice and I HAD TO GET THERE before she died and the ticket taker said I DID NOT HAVE TO BE THERE. Needless to say, I told him off in not so nice words! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIC E!

I will fly Frontier whenever my plans require this trip. All flights were on time and service was cordial. Seating was as expected though small.

I enjoy flying Frontier. The price was reasonable, I took the upgrade allowing me to select a seat, not pay for my 2 bags and early boarding as I only had a carry on that fit under the seat. Will fly with them when I have a choice

It only let me put in one airline. The return flight was US Airways.First, I weighed my bag at home and had a pound to play with. They had it 10 pounds over.I don't think so!The fun and excitement in flying is gone. The attendants no longer friendly. Courteous is not friendly. At least Delta had complimentary soda and nuts, pretzels or delicious cookies.Over 3 hours on US Airways and we got a soda, and not the whole can.And not even courteous attendants on US Airways.Flights were fine, just nothing special but not bad as far as flights go.
