arrangements thru cruise lines (HAL) made boarding arrangements (baggage check-in, boarding pass, etc) a breeze. I was concerned about baggage as we checking in 5 hours before flight time and layover. Was delighted to find my luggage at the end of our trip. Overall, pleasant trip (hated the uncomfortable seats - no leg room).

THEY LOST MY BAG FOR 3 DAYS AND WHEN IT FINALLY ARRIVED IT WAS DAMAGED. FOR ALL THIS GREAT SERVICE I PAID $25 FOR BAGGAGE HANDLING! WROTE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE (HA!) TO SEE IF I COULD GET THE $25 BACK AND DID NOT GET ANY ANSWER.

The flight crew was wonderful. I cannot understand cross-country flights with no music, tv or movies. None of the planes had headphone access-this alone would cause me to pick another airline.
