My sister who flys up to NJ from FL often turned me on to Southwest a few years ago and we have been flying Southwest ever since when we make our yearly trip up to my hometown to visit my Dad. Love Southwest's fares, am signed up for Ding! and love the procedure for boarding and be able to pick your seat, also love no baggage fees! The flight crew is always courteous and fun and the planes are always clean and neat. They are usually on time or early. Love SW!

Despite a weather delay that caused us to leave 30 min late, we still arrived in PHL on time. The attendants were efficient and the pilot very informative as we made our way from TPA to PHL. It's always a pleasure on Southwest.

Flights each way were on time and ahead of scheduled arrival times. Return trip very crowded and at least two of the flight attendants were curt with passengers in my vicinity. Still unhappy about cost of checking baggage. It makes the boarding process slower with so many people now carrying on bags which might have been checked it not for high cost.

Great flight in both directions. Courteous flight attendants, easy check-in, no delays at gate, boarding was fast plus NO Baggage Fees!

My flight into Philly on Oct 3rd out of Tampa was great. The return flight on the 9th of Oct out of Philly back to Tampa was not great. A supervisor at the airport called me "feisty" and charged me $49.00 for my over size bag. I was not charged anything when I left Tampa on the same airline.

After leaving Tampa 10 minutes early, we arrived in Philadelphia 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Due to a traffic jam trying to get to the jetway, we sat in the plane waiting our turn to taxi through the planes awaiting take-off for 40 minutes. A thunderstorm closed the airport for 30 minutes during my 'brief' layover. When the airport re-opened, we waited 90 minutes in line for our take-off clearance.The pilot was terrific and kept the passengers informed every step of the way. The flight attendants were attentive. The coach seats were comfortable. Philadelphia airport was agony. The USAir terminal is old and small with never enough seating accommodation for waiting customers.

Always amiable flight crew. No fees for baggage = less carry-ons = quicker boarding and deplaining and more room in the overheads. Flights both to and from Florida this week totally full, but somehow everyone didn't complain. Why is one runway closed at PHL? Caused delays both in arrival today and take off last week.

The flight was full, but I got a good seat. The attendants were fun. There was a decent amount of leg room...very comfortable.

We were on a trip from tpa to phl. We had one stop over in Dullas airport. The commuter flight from Dullas to phl was delayed 4 hours because they did not have a pilot or crew.

Other than a 1 hour delay on each of the round trip flights, the flights were uneventful. The delays were the result of congestion at the Philadelphia airport on the outbound flight and the late arrival of the aircraft on the return flight. In both instances, we waited in the comfort of the airport waiting area. We were kept informed by Southwest. No complaints!

On time direct flights! Paid slightly more for early check in. Money well spent! Flight attendant could have been a stand-up comedian.

We fly Southwest Airlines at least twice a month. As former US Airways regulars, let me say that we will never go back to US Air. Southwest employees are pleasant, flights are on time (or early!), the boarding process a breeze, and "bags fly free!" None of the former can be said about US Air.
