Pleasant. They also got me where I expected to go when I expected to get there for the cost I expected. Unusual in flying today.

Flew Air Tran round-trip (TPA/CAK/TPA)with layover in Atlanta. In Atlanta, we found an earier flight which would arrive TPA 2 hours earlier. Although we had to walk to the other side of the airport for the gate, Customer Service was very efficient in transferring our bags to the earlier flight, giving us seat assignments and getting us on our way. Their planes were not as steady riding as other carriers, but I would travel Air Tran again. AND, our luggage was waiting upon arrival at home base.

We enjoyed the departure/arrival time, only 2 hours. The flight staff was pleasant, and the only disappointing fact was that a passenger who appeared ill before boarding, actually became ill on the flight, sitting directly behind us. It was a rather small plane, and wished that this obviously ill passenger could have been placed at the back of the plane by the bathroom, so that she did not cause such a commotion in the center of the plane.
