On a recent flight from Syracuse to Altanta GA, my husband and I had the unpleasant pleasure of flying on a Delta non-stop flight. Our experience is something I will always remember. The two flight attendants never made eye contact with us or any of the passengers in front of us. They acted like we were all just a pain in the butt and wished they were anywhere but doing their jobs! Not one time did they smile, act friendly, or seem to even care if we were dead or alive. I don't know if this was due to their lack of job satisfaction or not, but if it's so hard to be nice to the passengers then they should look for employment elsewhere. At least on the return flight ONE of the attendants was pleasant. Sorry Delta, your flight attendants suck.

On our recent 2-1/2 hour trip we never once saw the two flight attendants crack a smile. They acted like they hated their jobs and just wanted the passengers to disappear. On top of that, only one restroom was working and everyone had to wait a long time to use the facility. Then there's always the outrageous fees ($7.00 - cash only) you get charged for drinks (other than coffee, tea, soda or water) and a $3.00 fee for a snack other than peanuts or pretzels. What a rip off this airlines is. Oh, and did I mention they charged us $25.00 for one checked bag each way???? We will no longer be flying on Delta.
