I didn't give this flight experience a 5 paws because my flight was delayed by 40 minutes, which isn't that much of a problem comparing to other airlines in my past experience. After all, SW was waiting for connection flight passengers. What I like most about Southwest is the 2 free checked bags allowance. All others are charging outrageous fees for such a basic travel necessity. I also enjoy the snacks SW pass out with their complimentary beverage. Way to go, Southwest!
