This is a regular flight for me (from St. Louis to Detroit) and Southwest always makes it seem so easy. I only had two issues with this trip. The first is with SWA procedures in general. The poles listing the assigned numbers are not far apart enough to allow for 5 individuals to stand in those positions. The second was with my check in at DTW on my return flight. The staff just seemed confused at the counter and what would normally have taken minutes took almost thirty minutes. I chalked it up as a bad day since this was a first for this problem at DTW.
