We have flown this flight two times now and both times have had exceptional service. Purchasing and checking in online is a terrific way to do it. We had wonderful flights...smooth take offs and landings. Flight was on time both times for departing and return flights. Friendly attendants and awesome pilots! Our departing and arriving airports were small, friendly allowing us to be in and out of the security in minutes. We wish Allegiant would fly to more small airports in the western Florida vacation zone. We have had the same great experiences flying several times to Phoenix/Mesa also. Great Job Allegiant staff!

was early in orlando 12 WITH GRANDCHILDREN checked in she would not set us together wanted to set us all in the BACK. A lot of people were behind us in line waiting. We told her we came early to be able to set together and near the front or the middle of the plane. SHE WOULD NOT DO THIS!!!!!! WHEN WE LEFT SIOUX FALLS THIS WAS DONE FOR US!!!!!!!!!
