They lost our seats in the merger, didn't bother to call us. After 3 hours talking to customer service, we got new seats - not togather. Didn't offer anything as an apology.

Seats horribly uncomfortable. 4/5 flights left late, almost costing us a key connection during a 3 flight day, from overseas. Gave us lip when we arrived at security late, like it was our fault the plane was late.

Entertainment was good - when it worked. Which was a big IF.

Sent the full story to them, no reply. Better airlines out there than these bozos.

Many of us on the eastbound flight were forced to check our carry ons even though there was plenty of room in overhead bins and the flight wasn't full. Wouldn't even give gate checks. We had to go to baggage claim. Avoiding the hassle and delay of baggage claim, not to mention the frequent loss of luggage is why most of have resorted to only carry ons. An elderly man in front of me was even forced to set his small suitcase on the floor to transfer his medication from it to a sack to board!

A pleasant overnight flight where I could sleep for the whole flight. We arrived 15 minutes early, but it always take too long towait for the luggage to arrive at Dulles. At least my bag was one of the first ones off.

Not sure what is going on at United but it seems like all their staff has a large chip on their shoulders.

We upgraded from economy to economy + and they were still very small, narrow seats. I am 5'6 and 135 lbs and just could not get comfortable.

From all the yelling the staff was doing it seems their only focus was to be on time. Hmm... other airlines can do this without becoming rude and pushy. : (

The airline required inconvenient baggage checkin previous to 24 hours - an unexpected problem that the seller should have warned about - since flight checkin has to occur within 24 hours.

Return flights were both early - a nice change.

Leg-room was cramped in aisle seats, due to offset seat-supports and in middle seats, there was a large box installed so my legs were at an angle to the seat, causing back pain. If I had been on the other side of the aircraft my bad knee would not have been able to stretch out, so too painful.

Everyone was congenial and the extra leg room in mileage plus section was most welcomed. All airlines should have the extra leg room feature in economy

Except for people holding seats for class C passengers, it was good.

Since A passengers are to board first, it is unfair to have an A person hold seats for someone with C boarding. That's the object of the different classes. I would have liked an isle seat, but 2 were taken by others holding the only ones available.
