I have flown British business class and it was wonderful, but I will never fly British again economy class. It was the worst experience I have ever had, there is no room between the seat or infront of the seats. When the person in front reclines you can not move...Remove a few rows and people might want to fly with them again. Unless I can afford business class again(which is doubtful!) British is off my list!
