American Airlines is now charging for everything, food, earphones, luggage, first bag at a price, second bag a different price and the third bag just ridiculous. I would have been better off getting a ticket with another airline as it would have been cheaper in the end. Customer Service is really poor, one person quoted me one price to change my ticket and then a second staff person quoted something totally different. It was ridiculous. NYC, baggage claim there is a lack of signage and instructions for one to know where to go.

The more I fly Southwest the less I want to fly other airlines. The flight(s) to La Guardia went well with the only glitch being a delay departing Midway because NY airspace had been affected by the President's NY visit (I think!). My daughter's complaint about Southwest is lack of inflight entertainment (internet coming soon), yet the flight attendants' humor is sometimes entertainment enough. No complaints.
