Love the free first checked bag, snacks, seatroom. Wish flight attendants wouldn't wear cologne or parfume. Terminal 5 at JFK is awesome!

1: JB is now charging an exorbitant $60 for 4 add'l inches of knee space on nonstop cross-country flites - even tho their webpage states "Four more inches of legroom Available for as little as $10 per flight leg" 2. 3 hrs after my flite took off half hour late plus an add'l half hour runway wait, JB's website still displayed the orig scheduled dep and arr times. As a result my pick-up at SeaTac wasted almost an hour waiting for my late flight to arrive. Alaska Air provides better service from Seattle to NY

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice experience on my first JetBlue flight. The leather seats felt like luxury. The flight attendants were very friendly and helpful. And our flight was on time. An extra perk was the JetBlue JFK terminal. It looks new and is clean and airy. The only downside to the flight is they do not carry food other than snack food items (chips, cookies, nuts). I quite often pack something to eat when I am leaving from home so it wasn't a problem for me. But I usually buy food on the plane for my return trip. Because I discovered first hand that JetBlue doesn't have "real" food I just purchased food before I boarded. So be prepared if it is a long flight. All and all I'd fly JetBlue again.

Red eye to New York, good timing for us. Seats comfortable, service good, everything on time. JetBlue terminal at JFK raises that airport rating from worst to very good. New York flight to Seattle on time, comfortable, with good service.

Where to begin? From the moment I alighted at the Seattle airport, I was greeted with smiles and "can I help you's"? The service was the very best, the attention to every little detail, the very best and most importantly, the inflight service AND the effort made (on each flight) by the pilot to get us there EARLY, not just on time! The staff were never harried, the cabin was first rate (clean, appealing and a very attractive white interior with indigo and fuschia mood lighting. The seats were comfortable(even for those broad in the beam!!!), there was enough leg room and all the bells and whistles worked. It was an added bonus having wifi at every seat. I cannot praise it highly enough. If I can, ALL my flights would be with Virgin!
