“Communication not their strong point”

Flew this leg twice. In Sept 2012 we were told we would arrive in SEA 1/2 early as we departed the gate. There was an AC valve malfunction so we went back to the gate for about 1/2 hour then departed again. Without a word we then turned back to the gate and were told the fix did not work. We then sat on a hot plane for about 1 1/2 hours while they kept telling us 15 minutes. My TV did not work but the attendants could not have cared less. Gave us each a $50 credit. Flew out again on the day they opened the new terminal on Dec 12, 2012. Pilots were stuck in traffic between LAX and LGB. Probably had 4-5 announcements that they woukd be here soon. (cell phones anyone?) Would rather hear the truth then being led on. Finally departed about 75 minute slate. The seats are more comfortable then most with a couple more inches of legroom.

Pleasant staff on board, still serves a free cookie and free beer or red wine....planes smaller but adequate, ala carte functional for larger carry-on baggage

We flew on Horizon Air, operated by Alaska Airlines.
Fast, efficient check-ins with very friendly and helpful staff! "Ala Carte" system for larger carry-on luggage is a fantastic program (used on smaller aircraft).
Horizon pilots and flight attendants were wonderful, as well.

The flight was operated by Horizon and was awesome. I use a wheelchair and they were so very helpful at every point. Wish they were always available.

Well, after waiting for over an hour for the water tank to get "fixed" they ended up emptying the tank so we didn't have water to wash hands, etc. and there was a crying baby right behind me who didn't stop screaming for the hour we sat there and the 2 hours of the flight. Seats were not comfortable and many TV's did not work.

First time on JetBlue, but definitely not the last. Great seats with lots of legroom. Also, Long Beach Airport sure beats LAX & was very conveniently located for us. Short walk to baggage claim & bags arrived in less than 5 minutes. Just cross the street & you're at car rentals, taxis, shuttles, etc. Most hassle-free travel we've done in a long time.

Our first flight and we will fly with them again. Great non-stop flight and great price as well. Lots of leg room and choice of snacks as well.
