I appreciate online check in with baggage ticket at a reduced price for taking care of it online. Flight was on time, attendants were cordial and I loved the warm cookie! Pilot handled turbulence near Denver airport with expertise.

Us airways was just okay. Pricey and snippy. My return flight was Alaska and they where great all around! Alaska's customer service was as always great and the seats on the Boeing's where far more comfortable than the air bus.

My connecting flight from Dallas to Des Moines was a little frustrating due to the fact that I could not fit my carry-on bag into the bin above. I had never had trouble with this bag before (it met the restrictions for measurements), but I felt bad holding up the others while I was trying to fit it in. I finally asked an airline attendant to valet it. I understand that the smaller planes are not equipped with large luggage bins.
My return flight(from Dallas to Seattle)was delayed for 3 1/2 hours due to storms. The airline was excellent in updating us on changes in departure times. I am glad that they were more concerned about the safety of their passengers and employees than departing on time. The flight rated above was for my return flight.
Thank you, American Airlines, for giving me a window seat every time on this trip!!
