    New Business lie-flat seats. Yes, VOD is great; new controls are wonderful; screen is big. But previous-generation seats (reclining) actually felt roomier. And if you're not in an aisle seat, you are pretty much stuck, if your neighbor is laying flat. Even worse upstairs. There is NO place to store anything of substance at your seat. Because of the lie-flat design, there are now fewer Business (and First) seats -- and it costs more. Give me back the old seat!
