    United today received a negative 5 stars. After my Flight Partner broke her leg last week, we decided it was best we not fly the day after Thanksgiving, I called United, to change flights they in turn verbally said it would cost $150 per person, when I got my confirmation of the flight changes, it was two charges of $322.00 and $644.00 on top of what i had already paide for the flights, over $200 more then quoted on Uniteds Web Site for the same flights? would you be upset?
