The flight was almost 3 hours late. It is only a one hour flight! We got to our hotel at 2:30am. The flight was full. The flight was short so there is no time for any type of polite inflight service.

The landings were a little rough. The free luggage is great and they actually have free peanuts and a drink which are a plus.

Nice little trip. Easy check-in, boarding and de-planing. Friendly flight crew. Would fly again when traveling on short hops like this.

Southwest has it down. Always very easy to fly with them.
The only complaint, if I had one, is that with the bags fly free deal, why do they let so many people carry on so much stuff? I have to carry on a medical machine but everything else I check. Very annoying when it seems like boarding and deboarding takes longer than the flight due to all the luggage carried on the plane.
