    The flight was fine. It's the layover at Dallas that was not easy. The Dallas security checkpoint employees are actually quite rude and defensive. Travelling with my mother who needed a wheelchair, after going through the checkpoint, trying to get to our next flight in only 30 minutes, we asked about the wheelchair. It goes through a different security gate. The attendant was rude, telling us he would get it when he could. He checks more than 5,000 people a day and cannot stop what he's doing.

    Nothing outstanding. Very similar to other airlines but the price was GREAT! Actually took a bunp because they had over booked and now have a $300 voucher to use at a later time.

    I can understand charging for snacks, internet and earbuds but service has already been paid for when the ticket has been purchased. It doesn't hurt to smile and say hello! Sorry your annoyed you have to work but you have a job! Once upon a time, you were happy to get me a blanket when I was cold and if I couldn't hear you when you asked me if I wanted to purchase a snack, don't roll your eyes and get exasperated, ask again. I would take your job in a minute and be happy about it.
