To begin with our flights were cancelled a day in advance due to the weather the day prior. However we where fling in for a military graduation which are held on strict guilines. The trip ended successfully with a 4hr. drive to another airport, changed interminols with no warning, followed with a 45min. delay. put us in Atlanta passed ou check in time, what a mess.

After a 45 minute delay in leaving, the flight was very turbulent (not the airline fault).
When arriving in Sacramento (a small airport), the luggage arrived 45 minutes after the plane landed.
No wonder passengers try to bring their baggage aboard a flight. If airlines could coordinate the baggage situation with no cost and efficiency, the boarding processing and the deplaning would be expedited.

All I can say is how in the world can an airline put 140 people in a plane that can't provide air conditioning. Ugh!

Do not take the seats in front of the Exit row. They do not recline and are very uncofortable. Also all passangers waited almost 1 hr at the turnstyle for our bags in Atlanta.
