We upgraded to First Class for $150 each for the 4 hour flight from Charlotte to Mexico City. While the flight crew were incredibly nice, the First Class cabin had seen it's better days. My seat, 3A was broken so I reclined the entire 4 hours. My husband had a cup of hot tea spilled all over him when the person in front of him, reclined his seat (which must have been broken) because the tray table with the cup slammed into my husband spilling hot tea all over him and splattering me. We basically cleaned up the mess ourselves with little assistance from the crew. No inflight entertainment offered.
Yes, the flight was on time and no luggage was lost. We flew coach on the way back with no problems except a clanking noise coming from under the plane. No idea what that was. For purchase sandwich was tasty.
