My mother flies alone on Alaska at least twice a year. She has cardiac and lung problems as well as being legally blind and very hard of hearing. The process has always been helpful, from the scheduling process to getting me access to go to the gate with her. The staff outdid themselves this trip. They were very kind and helped with things I'm used to doing for her including juggling her shoes and cane through security. It's made it possible for her to continue visits to my siblings.
