Each flight (going and coming) was on time, one even a few minutes early! Was able to get an exit row seat...not very comfortable but lots of leg room. Flight attendants were pleasant and helpful.

Boarding was efficient and quick, in-flight service was satisfactory, and carry-on stowage space was sufficient, even on a sold-out flight. Seats were uncomfortable and cramped, as is the norm.

I check with the travel search engines and go directly to the airlines when booking. Hotwire popped up with a good deal but after I paid $20 for my bag coming and going, Southwest had the better deal. I'm staying with Southwest. The Alaska flight was good though.

I forgot I had a pump action lotion in my carry-on. TSA was polite, checked it out and let me go on my way without holding up the pine.

Top end of what I expect on a flight. SW is MUCH better with their "new" seating system. We'll fly them again.

I always enjoy Southwest airlines because the flight attendants and cockpit crews truly appreciate their customers and go out of their way to make the trip enjoyable. This flight even more so, extra attention was the norm. Thank you Southwest airlines, you guys rule the sky.

We have been traveling to Phoenix, AZ from Portland, OR about once a month for the past year (really hate the back winters in Oregon). Flights on Alaska have always been perfect. Left on time, arrived on time, check in no problems (we fly with e-tickets so we check in either @ home or from where we are staying in Phoenix), stews are always pleasant and fun.
