Our Alaska flight was very good. Things went smoothly with the online check in. While my wife and I had assigned seats together,however my daughter and boyfriend did not. The Alaska reps were very cordial and did everything in their power to get them seated together. They eventually worked it out for them. The flight home was very smooth. Alaska has always taken very good care of us and we always give them the first shot when we fly.

Southwest came through again with fabulous service and caring attention to our needs! we won't fly any other airlines. the seats were roomy and my 6ft.+ husband had plenty of room. the flight attendants were courteous and helpful as opposed to Delta flight attendances who were rude and surly! this was our 3rd fight with southwest and each time has been a wonderful experience

the whole flight crew is just so nice and polite, I have never heard gossip or trashing the company or others that I have on other airlines, they seem to really enjoy their job!!! it is my no 1# choice when I fly.

“Sticky and Passive Agressive”

The window seat was sticky, there was garbage left in the seat pocket. When the drink cart came, the guy next to me asked for a Ginger Ale without taking is eyes off the book he's reading and the stewardess said, "I'm up here". Kinda rude on her part I thought. The head-rest did not have fold in sides and I couldnt rest my head on the wall because of stickyness. The windows are really low like they were designed for children; I had to crouch down to look out it. I'm a 5'10 female and there just wasn't enough room for my legs. I felt bad for the guy in the seat in front of me because my knees were pressed against his seat the whole time.
