The flight from Dallas to London, the plane's seats were so close together that when the woman in front of me reclined, I could not reach my bag under her seat to get anything out the whole flight. I was basically stuck in my seat the whole flight. The rest of the flights were better, but it is ridiculous how little room there was when some of the seats were empty (couldn't change, couldn't wake up the young man next to me ... he must have taken something because he was OUT). Food was decent .... flights were all early, so no complaints there.

Going to Dallas was OK. Flying to London was horrible. The attendants were rude and lazy. It was an old fashioned plane with 1 central movie. There were hours with no entertainment and we were asked to leave the lights off so no reading. I have done this flight several times and this was the worst ever.

Comfortable seating with good leg room on both A330 and B757. Decent food. Pleasant flight attendants and good seatback entertainment screen (not as good as LAN, but better than JetBlue). Easy check-in. No baggage fees! Checked 3 bags free.
