    Very pleasant trip, no unexpected changes or glitches. It would be nice if the baggage fees could be changed, passengers bring way too much on board!!

    Check in service was average, In-flight crew could use attitude adjustments. Specifically, the flight from PDX to SEA service was wretched. They acted bothered by my family. Also, the seats have less cushion than needed for any length of time.

    I always fly American because it flys direct and that for me is important. I would rather be on the ground rather than waiting in a airport. I have never had any problems with flights. We load, take off, and very rarely land late.
