Delta pilots on both legs of the trip were very polite and nice, we ended up waiting on the ground crew to 1) show up and get us attached to the exit tube. ti tok them 20 minutes, and 2) on the next leg of the flight, it took an hour plus 20 min to get a ground crew to back us out of the terminal. Pilot had to call a supervisor to get us out of the terminal. On a plane that was closed, only sat 28 passengers and had NO working air conditioning! Delta ground crew sucked in PDX and DTW. Cleveland cared!

This flight was booked through Continental but operated by United. Delayed on the ground for 5 hours due to wind in San Francisco. Had to stay overnight in SF and United refused to compensate because delay was caused by weather. United lost my luggage which ended up in Houston. Check-in at Continental to connecting flight the next day (6/19) was horrible and flight out of SF was delayed again by about 2 hours. Seat accomodation was awful. I am a wheel-chair assisted passenger and did not always have the wheel chair at the gates when needed. Overall trip was a nightmare.
