Family of 4 flying from Pittsburgh to Tampa, bought 2 early bird check ins and basically saved a seat for the other 2 in our family. This worked out fine. The flight to Tampa was full the return flight had a few empty seats. We were served a fruit snack bar going and plane crackers & peanuts returning.

After having experienced numerous airlines, I feel Southwest gives you the best bang for your buck. You can find reasonable prices, efficient boarding (I wish all airlines would go to the lineup that SW does, great gate and in flight service as well as punctual departures and arrivals. ALL employees of Southwest must get the best customer service training....it shows.

well i thought we booked with united but apparently we flew us airways and that was a conf# i had to retreive from united, hmmm. also we wanted to stay an extra day but they wanted to charge MORE than the whole ticket cost to switch and then within 2 days after we got home a one way ticket was half that, could just be my luck,

My RT Pit to tpa was fine. Service was good but the 737 on the return was uncomfortable. I would fly them again if the fares are competitive. The bag issue is frustrating. They should mark up the fares by $10 a person and that would cover the bag issue! Ridiculous!

Flying Southwest to Tampa was a great experience. Made the trip last fall and repeated again as the service was exceptional. Enjoyed the humor and good nature of the flight attendants. Non-stop flights are not the norm these days and I hope the flight is never discontinued as my 86 year old mother accompanies me on these trips.

This US Airways flight was a very nice and enjoyable flight. Attendants were accommodating and helpful. Flights were smooth, comfortable and on time and connections were easily made.

The flight attendents on the other flights were not very friendly or helpful. Seats were very cramped no with no legroom

It was my first time traveling with an infant child (3 months) and I was nervous about what to expect. All staff was courteous and helpful as well as the passengers.
