Great, smooth flight, to San Diego and back to Pittsburgh, short layover in Phoenix, did not have to change planes, attendants were so accomadating. And of course peanuts, cookies, crackers, beverages were too! No baggage fees!!!!!!! We will take that same one again next year too, we hope!!!

The flight was good except for the turbulence. Pilot was good at advising passengers. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful.

On my 2nd leg of the flight from Chicago to San Diego, it was a full flight, as usual, and I was in an aisle seat, and in the middle was a woman who was so obese that the armrest could not come down because of her FAT. Needless to say the flight was extremely uncomfortable because of this fact.
She should have been made to buy a second seat to accommodate her size.
