Everything is good about this airline. Employees seem to enjoy their jobs. Love the snacks & the free luggage & attendants are glad to help you.

attendants helpful and friendly, safe and skilled pilots, made better time than estimated time, only problem was that our luggage was handled roughly--it was bent and a hole was put in it.

I appreciated all the extra effort the employees gave me due to having an infant (5months) with me. They were helpful in finding a seat for me that had an empty one next to it. I finally realised the bathroom has a changing table due to information from an flight attendant. The only bad thing I have to comment on is that we didn't even get a bag of peanuts or crackers for a 3 hour 20 minute flight from Chicago to Phoenix.

Flight was smooth, just a few bumps. And....surprisingly, the flight arrived almost 20 minutes early!! Will definitely go Southwest again.

even though the flights arrived and departed on time this was not an enjoyable flight. The ground and air attendants did their job,but I got the impression that none of them liked what they were doing. they all seemed like pre programed machines. we needed wheelchair and stroller assistance and only received minimal help. Once on board the seats were very cramped and uncomfortable. We requested seats together, but instead my 89 year old mother was seated in an aisle seat beside 2 pre-teens who kept climbing over her to get out and get into the overhead compartments.I fly cross-country several times a year without any complaints, but this was my first airtran flight I will spend a few more dollars next time and ride in comfort on another airline!

my first and possible last flight with Airtran. i had one checked bag expecting to pay $15 at the ticket counter. the ticket agent pulled out a tape measure. she measured the length of my bag and said it was 63 inches. i would have to pay the $50 oversize bag price. it is a OGIO Rolling duffel bag. i have flown with this bag many times never having to pay extra. this bag is designed to be the biggest but still in airline size limits. i already paid $15 for the bag. i thought that would be deducted from the $50 fee. no the $50 is an additional fee plus the $15 for a grand total of $65. my flight PIT to ATL was on a Boing 717 sat on the A,C side in back next to engine. very cramped and noisy. got lucky on ATL to PHX gate agent switched us to exit row. extra legroom probably the only good thing that happened this whole flight.

On time, actually early, free water or soda or juice on flight. Employees were nice, nothing outstanding, just ok. Stop in Denver on way--extremely crowded even on a Tues. morning.
