    I booked my flight with Continental. I paid with my Continental Chase One Pass plus card so I would get my baggage free. My return flight was with United which what I thought was now part of Continental. To my dismay, I was charged for my baggage coming back on return flight. When I spoke to a United agent about it, I was told that they dont honor continental rules. Wow, makes me think about whether I really need that Continental Chase Card anymore.

    The trip was extra long departing due to weather conditions.

    Flight attendents were very helpful to the sick passengers who were having trouble with the terbulance.

    Flights were on time and flawless. I could've done without the 3 hour lay-over in St Louis. My first time on the airbus 319/321 and they both are great planes! The A321 looked very new, to bad it was the plane for the shortest leg of my trip!

    2 long days out of my life for a 4 hour flight. The return trip was worse than the original flight. The knee room wasn't too bad, however.

    the flight was smooth, 2 bags free. Not much room in the seats but no problems. No long lines at the airport, went as expected, Can't wait to go again!

    From the time I booked the flight on Southwest

    every thing went well. Put in a fare watcher and when the price was right I booked it. We were placed in the A section no extra charge and that enabled us to board first and leave first , since you can't select your seats during booking. Good Job Southwest !

    This was the first time we've flown Airtran and it was just great. Departure and arrival times were right on. In flight service was good and attendants were very courteous. Ticket prices were lowest of the group. Will definetely consider Airtrain again.

    Flights left on time and arrived at both destinations a little early. Check-in staff very pleasant, helpful and efficient. In-flight staff very attentive serving beverages and snacks at least 2-3 times during flight. Not a fan of the no assigned seating policy but would fly Southwest again because of 'bags fly free' which helps reduce cost.

    we flew united operated by us air out to vegas only prob. was at airport we stood in united line to check bagage for about 15 min only to find out we needed to be in line at us air coming back was on united no problem great flight both ways crew was very friendly and always asking if we needed anything.

    Last Oct 2009 I flew to Alaska from Pittsburgh, Pa..I was not happy at the waiting room...There were no guide me to get on the plane..I am deaf...I almost miss the plane until last minute..I walked up to the desk and showed the ticket about deaf guide me to the plane...Desk person forgot all about me..whew that god I got it on the plane on time. It happened at North Carolina Airport to Texas...In Texas wonderful person guide me on the plane on time to go to Alaska...
