I needed additional assistance getting to my seat and the staff members almost competed against each other to help me.
I enjoyed the ability to watch TV in the air. Sunday I was able to watch football as we flew home.
I would definitely use JetBlue again.

Jet Blue has it all together. I only wish they flew more flights out of Pittsburgh, especially one to Ft. Myers direct. We fly them whenever we can. The personnel have a light-hearted style and seem happy in their work. Planes are always clean and the freee first bag and in-flight snacks are welcome.

Easy check-in, no problems. Courteous staff. Would use airline again. Appreciated baggage service and short flight amenities.

My flight boarded quickly and we departed four minutes early. The aircraft was an Embraer 190 and there was lots of room between rows and under the seat. The pitch was comfortable. The aircraft was clean. The attendant offered water or juice, as is the custom, and also a choice of snacks, e.g., cashews. We landed early and passengers deplaned in good order. Note: there were few families on this flight.

The passengers were all there so we were able to leave and arrive a little early. Great snacks, comfortable seats. A little more leg room than many other airlines I've flown economy.

Had no problems. Comfortable...on time...enjoyed the TV. The return flight was a 7 am flight from Boston, and arriving to the airport at 5 am..we cut it pretty close. It was extremely busy at the airport on a Sunday morning and by the time we got thru all the lines, we only had about 10 minutes till we boarded.
