Next time, I'd rather drive the ten hours each way than fly USAirways. The employees were rude and the flight attendants on three out of four legs of the trip were unhelpful at best. Our return flight was delayed out of Albany and we were assured by three gate agents, a customer service agent on the phone, and our flight attendant that we would not miss our connection through LaGuardia. We arrived with ten minutes to spare and ran to the connecting flight gate only to find it pulling away from the jetway eight minutes early. Without us. The gate agents wanted to put us on a flight to Pittsburgh that would connect through Boston getting us home five hours later than we would have. We made a fuss and they "found" two seats on a direct flight departing in only two hours. Well, it should have departed in two hours. It actually left the ground four hours later, although it was the nicest flight of the trip with a friendly, helpful flight attendant and the speed of a jet rather than the prop planes we had been flying. My daughter and I agreed we would drive the ten hours each way next time rather than fly.
