They were running late because the 3d flight attendant was late, but made up a lot of time in the air. Got in only 5 min. late. Luggage arrived safely. Gotta say....if more airlines would copy Southwest, flying would be the BEST! Wish Southwest went EVERYWHERE! I'm switching my credit card over from USAirways to Southwest....so I can get miles for Southwest.

All I can say is if I see children in the waiting area wailing away again, I'll never get on the plane and wait for a later flight no matter the cost. The airlines should partition off the cabin to put kids in their own screaming section. I have kids and i know fussy, crying, etc, but monsters bellowing at the top of their lungs are a bit much and we should be protected against this. Either that or we should be able to hold a vote on the plane as to if we want to open a window and toss the little monster (and his idiot parents) out...

It got us from one place to another, but not in great comfort.Saved time and cost over driving, but in less comfort.

Luggage cost more & Clerk went out of her way to find by bag over weight...not 10 lbs under. Never fly USA again.
