once again not enough time to make connecting flight (45 minutes to make a connection when the originating flight is leaving out of the New York area in the winter) You'd think the airlines could figure this out. Fortunately only spent the afternoon in Salt Lake City not overnight.

the seating was cramped but that's expected in economy--but they serve good snacks, are polite, ran on time, cannot ask for much more.

The flight attendants and the pilots were very friendly. There was one rude passenger and guess where he was sitting...right next to me! He was rude with a flight attendant who wanted to remove him but it was to late, the aircraft was already taxied. I had to deal with his rudeness for the remainder of the flight! Hogging up the arm rest, yawning without convering his mouth after a red eye flight...stinky! Then called me the N word as we were exiting the aircraft because I told the flight attendant how rude he was. Auggh! Direct TV? Not happy with it. I enjoyed a movie to go with that expensive flight.

I am so disgruntled on flying. Everything is Al-A-Cart. Flying is no longer exciting. Overheads are crammed as the Airlines don't check for size on carry ons, most of them look like the Kitchen sink size. People are trying to avoid the fee charged for checked bags, which I found disgusting. ($100.00) round trip stinks. Regulations are sorely needed. Unfortunatly the Airlines have all the tokens. What next Lavatory charges? Seats are cramped, especailly all seats past Row 16. It seems like the Public be damded. Next time I will go Southwest.
