    It was a great flight - the pilot, flight attendants were fantastic. I love the humor and friendliness. And of course, who wants to pay for your luggage - great, all around airline.

    The Delta staff worked really hard to get our flight loaded, and they got us out of the gate in time, even though the flight before us was late arriving and unloading! There was an in-flight movie, pleasant in-flight service, the crew even brewed a pot of decaf coffee for me at my request, and we arrived 10 mintues early to our gate.

    The flight to Denver was rough and late. The flight from Denver to Minneapolis was also rough. No snacks or drinks.

    other than leaving 1 hour late, we were notified about the delay 5 hours earlier,it was great. I would use Delta again.

    Excellent flight and on time and BAGS FLY FREE!!! The flight attendants were cheerful and one could understand the safety instructions. Love the no-hassle bags fly free!!!

    My experience with USAirways has always been pretty good. I fly back and forth between Phx and Minneapolis a few times per year, and we usually fly USAirways because they usually have the lowest prices, or we can use our miles. They've always been on time for our flights. And the attendants are usually pretty pleasant, so I'm pretty pleased with using US Airways, and will continue to do so, as long as the experience stays consistent with what it has been.

    Employees even seemed happy to be there. Comfortable seats. Connecting flight in Denver was delayed but still no problems. Like because cost is good and don't have to play for baggage.
