    Southwest is the way to go! Relaxed with super hostsess & hosts & of course - pilots. Counter staff folks are great too. 2 bags at 50 lbs is wonderful if you need that much luggage without charge. Their prices are generally lower than competing airlines. Their policy of exchange or holding a refund until next flight is wonderful.

    Plane left 30 minutes late but was only 5 minutes late arriving. Service was good. They do serve peanuts and sodas at no charge. However their tickets from PHX to MCI are very high even with free luggge. SWA has Higher charges than other airlines with luggage fees (2 bags).

    This depature flight was uneventful. I had five children with me, and there was nothing to draw my attention from them, and the flight attendants were kind so I felt it was a success! However, during the return flight we experienced horrible turbulence that left my daughter and I terribly sick. I was the last one off the plane because I was so dizzy I wasn't sure I could walk. In the terminal we encountered other people who were affected as well.
