My wife flew on US Air and had late flights, bad crews and two delays (1 h 45 m.) on the return from PHX direct to IND...that will teach her!

stewardess was very rude!!!!!!!!!!! Will try not to fly USAIR again!!!! Poor service. Need to work on manners. Bad stewardess.

Departing Phoenix, Tuesday, May 4th the flight attendant informs us that we MUST pay with a credit card and then they inform us that there will be no receipts given, because the machine doesn't work!! Nice! Then after they are about 8 rows into coach they inform us that there is no more sandwiches available. GREAT! Obviously this flight was NOT prepared for our trip. Disgusted with the whole process. I should send a note to US Air as well. What a joke!
