Southwest Airlines is easy and "pain-free" flying. No rip-off fees. Everyone throughout the whole process is not only pleasant and helpful but very laid back and they all actually seem like they LUV their job (which is to make it a very pleasant experience for the passenger). That's success in my book. My only issue is that PHL Airport's Terminal E is very deserted at night. I did not stop at the restroom there because no one was around at 10:30 p.m. except for the people getting off the plane....I didn't like that. Thanks for asking for my opinion.

Southwest has the others beat by a mile. Always friendly and mostly on time! And bags are FREE! I always try to fly them!
