Nothing especially good or bad to report here. The only issue was that I forgot to pass my bag through agricultural inspection in San Juan. However, that just means that they did it themselves and my bag actually came out first in baggage claim.

The plane had to be de-iced. We were the 15th plane in line. When we got to the area for de-icing, the pilot announced that due to an electrical problem, the plane had to return to the gate. Once at the gate it was wait, wait and wait. We were constantly being told that we would be on our way shortly. However, it was just a minute shy of 3 hours before we left the Gate. We were not permitted to leave the plane. All we received during this time was water, water, water.
After taking off the crew began to "sell" refreshments. After being on the plane of better than 3 hours at this time, my wife and I badly needed some nourishment. However, by the time the crew got to our seats, there was nothing left to eat and now much selection of drinks. No apologies from the crew at all. It was a horrible flight. Instead of arrival in San Juan at approx. 1pm, it was after 5pm when we arrived. Never again will I fly this rotten airline.

Coming home seats were change inspite of charging us my husband had the same seat anothe man had they both share the same first name and last name. Many people had the same seat What a confusion delayed an hour andhalf because of this.
