    I use Southwest almost exclusively, as they usually have the best prices if you can catch one of the web specials. My most frequent flight used to be Philly to San Diego, which is a pretty long flight, but not unbearable. And the price was always right for about $200. My most recent flight was Philly to Providence. It was a great price, under $100. And it took under one hour to get there! The flight times were actually shorter than what they were "supposed" to be. All seats on all airlines suck, so there's really no difference in that across the board, unless you're paying for 1st class. But at least Southwest crew members try to make flying a bearable, and even pleasant experience. Kudos, Southwest! I will be flying with you again soon.

    It was great. the attendents were super. Didn't have to pay for luggage. they offered peanuts. it was very very good.

    Our flight was great - quick and uneventful. A pleasant crew always helps set the mood and these folks fit the bill.

    My only complaint would be the rudish couple who got in front of us in line and told us it doesn't matter since we were the first ones on (after the priority ticket holders). Well, it did matter to us because we purposely pay for early check-in so we have the best chance of getting our favoite spot - and of course that's where Mr. and Mrs. Rude parked themselves. We didn't argue with them in line as not to seem petty but that's the last time I will do that.
