    We were left feeling like the worst travelers in the world with no pre-boarding call for those traveling with young children when we left Philly I didn't even realize it until we were returning and they made the call in Florida. There are more things to navigate and it is so necessary if for no other reason than not having to stand in the inching forward line with a child. An important detail that can't be missed.

    Everyone on board & strapped in, overhead bins closed, and we wait... and wait... and get off the plane due to an air conditioning snafu (it's January!). Good news, another plane is a couple gates down and the passengers and crew and ground people get us on our way 2 hrs late. Uneventful from there, even made up 1/2 hr. Trip home as advertised, left on time and landed 1/2 hr early. What can go wrong does but perserverence and a bit of humor goes a long way.

    Smooth flights and luggage flies free. Ya mon! I paid extra for early boarding and it was well worth the extra 10 dollars.

    I just traveled Southwest airlines on September 24th. I went to Miami, fl. for the first time(south beach). My flight on Southwest airlines was wonderful. Everything went great. I love the fact that you do not have to pay for your luggage. I checked in one bag and it was pretty big, and it was for free. And the price was right for my flight, roundtrip. I have no complaints. Everyone should fly Southwest Airlines!!!!!

    Airport security check in very slow, long lines. The actual flight was on time, professional, and just was I expected.

    Everything from online booking & check in,boarding was easy. My carry on bag was checked in at the aircraft door due to no space left. My bag was the 3rd bag to come thru the baggage Carousel.The flight crew were wonderful friendly and helpful.

    Our inbound aircraft was delayed by a lightning storm and fortunately we were still in the terminal. The flight was uneventful and we will continue to use SW.

    I ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT EARLY AND UNTIL I GOT INVOLVED TALKING WITH SOME OTHER PASSENGERS, I NEVER HEARD (OR WAS IT EVEN ANNOUNCED?) THAT THERE WAS A DEPARTURE GATE CHANGE. I HAD TO MADLY DASH FROM C 24 TO B 11 AND ARRIVED AS THEY WERE BOARDING.

    THA BAGGAGE CHARGE WAS EXORBITANT ($68 FOR TWO BAGS)
