    I actually LIKE USAIR but the Philadelphia airport is a nightmare. Everything in and out of there seems to be delayed and luggage is often delayed also.

    Our local USAir counter staff was recently replaced by Delta staff in some sort of deal for the Delta folks to handle both ticket counters. They didn't have any idea what seats were vacant at the last minute nor how to track lost luggage.

    We waited over 3 hours in the plane still at the gate but loaded and not allowed off during rainstorm the whole time our luggage sat outside the plane on the ground and was soaked made for long flight to alaska by adding over 3 hours of sitting but U.S Air didnt care just like the baggage handlers...
