“Delays, little info, cancellation!”

We arrived in Chicago (O'Hare)on time and were to board the plane to Peoria at 5:00. We were delayed until 7, then 8, then 9. At that point I asked the desk personnel if they really thought we would actually get out this time. He said that there was no doubt because the plane from Fargo was already in the air heading for Chicago. About 15 minutes later they announced the cancellation of the flight! Had they made up their minds earlier, we would have been able to get an alternative mode of transport home at a decent hour. Also, we were not given the reason for the delays nor the cancellation, nor the reason why we wouldn't be able to get out of Chicago by plane until two days later. We were given information about the departure of a bus (wrong time given), but not told that we would need to pay in cash only! That caused major problems for us and others. It's now three days later and we haven't even heard where our luggage is! United planes flew, but it was under US Airways' name, so United won't give us a refund. We have to contact US Air and United didn't even have the courtesy to give us their number nor email address. If they are going to trade under each other's names, they should coordinate their services so that we are not given the run-around.

Flight over pilot seemed to be hired to sell the Vegas experience. Flight was longer than expected. Flight coming back was quicker, little fan fare compared to flight coming over.
Overall experience wasn't bad, would use Allegiant to fly again.

Great flight being nonstop, but there is no room in the seats, you have to walk down the aisle sideways (and I'm not very big) and the baggage fees are a joke!

Our flight was very comfortable. Plane was clean. Attendants were pleasant. Our flight on the way home was so smooth that I had my headphones on and couldn't even tell that we were in the air without looking out the window. I have highly recommended others to fly with Allegiant. My family and I will definitely fly Allegiant again. It was such a great flight that I wish that there were more available destinations from Peoria than we currently have. Direct flights are great!

This was my first flight ever and it was a great experience. The flight attendants were very helpful and very polite.
