Recnet return flights using Air Canada to Miami via Toronto were great. First time after several transborder flights using Air Canada and am impressed on ease of navigating Toronto airport and noticable presence of airport personal to give directions. Although return through customs was a bit congested and overwelming, the people made directions finding very easy. Did think ahead to give ourselves lots of connection time and would do so again. No first baggage fee was a deciding factor in use of Air Canada and would consider this airline again. However using USA based airline would alleviate needing to pick up and redeposite luggage which could be an issue if flight was late or travellers have mobility issues.
