    The airline was great with an oversized stuffed animal my daughter won that we had to get home. They bagged it and sent it through the oversized area with no extra fees. It would have costed $90 to ship it. I am certain that we would have been charged on any other airline. We also had a stroller and a car seat. They accomidated us very nicely.

    I was upset that I had to pay $20.00 to check 1 bag. I would rather charge me 20.00 extra for the ticket!!

    Only complaint is that plane leaves gate on time, and then sits on tarmack for 20 minutes while pilots finish check off lists.

    I like Air Tran they are always on time. Check in is always easy and fast. Pleasant experience. I usually fly them from Orlando to Milwaukee because they have non stop flights at the best prices and the best times. I upgraded to business on my trip home.
