Flight from mco to det smooth but seats too close together. Small airline from det to sdf very bumpy, no explanation of reasoning for moving infant from 1 side of aircraft to another. need to change terminals in limited time had us running.

I was traveling with two children under the age of 10 that had never flown and had fears of flying. Even though we arrived at the airport over 4hrs. before our flight, our boarding pass was nearly last in line. By the time we boarded the plane there were no seats together. It was a terrible first experince for these two kids having to sit next to strangers the entire flight. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get them on a plane again!

Everything worked great, as usual. I had a Rapid Rewards ticket and had to change it to the following week the day before departure and that went very smooth too.
