Both flights coming and going were delayed before we got to the airports. Ended up over 2 hrs each delayed.

I flew from Orlando, FL to Hartford, CT for a reunion. Check-in was "self" for both ways and saved lots of time and trouble. Had no bags to check so no problems encountered. Having to pay for a checked bag is going to come back and hurt all carriers who are charging!
Flight time and experience was great.

My only complaint is the open seating. If you are traveling with a partner and you happen to get a high B or C boarding order, you will only find middle seats available and cannot sit together. Much better if they would let you book seats.
